Become our new HR GENERALIST based in Lisbon

Be part of our dynamic Human Resources and Administration team, focused on providing comprehensive HR administrative support, ensuring legal compliance, and managing key processes related to employee records, contracts, and benefits.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE HR ADMINISTRATION TEAM

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Be the first point of contact for all HR – related queries on our HR ticketing platform
• Providing comprehensive support to our employees – administrative, processing and reporting
• Ensure the onboarding and offboarding process (including legal, occupational health and insurances)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities & KPI’s Activity
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
• Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions 
• HR Tools: contribute to the development, operation and permanent updates. 

READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar area
• Minimum of 1-3 years of HR Admin or HR Payroll experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong Portuguese Labor law and market practice knowledge 
• Strong customer-oriented mindset, with excellent organizational skills
• Fluent in English & Portuguese. Fluency in any other foreign languages would be a plus
