En rejoignant les équipes Successions vous serez en charge d’un portefeuille de bénéficiaires, auxquels vous assurerez la bonne exécution du versement des capitaux du contrat d´assurance-vie, en les aidant et les accompagnant dans leurs démarches administratives tout au long du parcours Succession.

Votre quotidien parmi nous, c’est :

– garantir le traitement des dossiers de votre portefeuille de bout en bout : en menant les analyses et recherches nécessaires afin d´identifier les bénéficiaires ou les héritiers, en contrôlant l’exhaustivité des pièces nécessaires au traitement du dossier et en procédant aux règlements des capitaux,

– accompagner les bénéficiaires ou les héritiers tout au long de leur parcours : en les tenant informés de l’avancement de leur dossier à chaque étape et en les aidant dans leurs démarches administratives et fiscales,

CE POSTE EST FAIT POUR VOUS SI :

Vous êtes un bon communiquant, rigoureux, organisé, curieux et doté d’excellentes qualités analytiques et rédactionnelles, détenteur au minimum d´un diplôme niveau Baccalauréat (ou équivalent), avec une bonne maîtrise de la langue française orale et écrite et un sens aigu de la qualité du service au Client.

As a Learning & Development Support, you’ll play a pivotal role in guaranteeing operational actions involving Learning & Development activities in a context of strong development in our 2 centers located in Lisbon and Oporto.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Communicate course requirements with trainers, facilities, learners and external suppliers with agreed timelines.
Provide reliable point of contact for all learning and development matters
Ensure staff attend internal and external learning events to meet legal requirements and wider L&D Strategy.
Produce reports on learning and development activity using agreed HR Performance indicators.
Prepare or select any learning and development materials or programs required by the learner/trainer.
Produce and maintain accurate records of Learning & Development activity in compliance with procedures.
Monitor and collect L&D evaluation.
Support the L&D team in achieving their development goals.

Proven work experience up to 1 to 3 years in HR training and HR support in a multinational company context;

Become our new Accounting Specialist – Real Estate (All Genders) based in Porto

Be part of our dynamic Financial Production France (FPF) Team, where you will be at the forefront of participating in the transformation of the Finance Department and BNP Paribas Cardif.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE FPF TEAM

As a Real Estate Fund Accountant, you will contribute directly to the day-to-day management of various tasks with multiple interlocutors.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Cash flow
Accounting for current operations on time and with the required quality, in compliance with regulations
Analysis of the company’s accounting accounts, identifying potential risks and reporting to its manager
Accounting for the sale and acquisition of real estate
Regularization of Associated Accounts (Payment of blocked dividends)
Classification of supplier invoices paid by the collection-disbursement division

You will also analyse the suspenses, make an initial assessment of the amount of provisions necessary to cover the risks induced by the bank and accounting suspenses.

You will close the accounts at the end of the period (quarterly and annual):

Carry out the cut-off of the accounts and establish the summaries of the balance sheets to be validated by the manager (analysis of unpaid invoices, analysis of tax accounts, clocking of accounting items and reconciliation with management software, analysis of expenses and income, control of re-invoicing and provisioning of accounts)
Establish bank reconciliations of managed companies
Draw up the annual accounts and financial tables of the management report.
You will file tax returns (VAT, withholding tax, property income, DADS2, tax returns, etc.)
You assist the Statutory Auditors during quarterly audits.

READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant field
An experience of minimum 3 years in a similar position
You are proficient in tools such as Excel (advanced functions), Coda and YourCégid
You are rigorous, proactive on your work/projects and able to adapt to a rapidly changing and transforming environment
Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level) and French (B1-B2 level) would be a plus
Knowledge in accounting of SCPI and OPCI (REIT) company accounting would be a big advantage

Nous sommes 50 Conseillers clientèle avec 4 Team Leader et un Manager divisés en deux périmètres :

Prévoyance, où nous traitons plusieurs produits d’assurance. Le but de ces assurances est de couvrir le client en cas d’aléas de la vie. Nous n’assurons pas de biens, seulement des personnes (assurance de prêt et assurance individuelle)
Épargne, en relation avec les assurances Vie BNP Paribas

Nous excellons dans notre métier directement depuis Porto et ce, depuis 2017 !

Nos Objectifs : Dans les deux métiers, notre Centre de Relation apporte l’expertise et l’approche empathique qui sont une valeur ajoutée essentielle dans un moment clé de la vie de nos Clients !

LA TUA FUTURA MISSIONE ALL’INTERNO DEL TEAM EWM COME OPERATORE AMMINISTRATIVO FLUENTE IN ITALIANO:

Integrato in un call center con una dimensione umana, tra le sue funzioni, dovrai:

· Informare/ dare istruzioni via telefono ai clienti beneficiari e ai distributori/ tecnici professionisti in caso di danni: passi da seguire, follow up sui file.

· Analizzare le richieste di assistenza agli interventi delle officine (via telefono o via extranet) che includono:

Ø Verifica della copertura del contratto.

Ø Verifica di rilievo ed intervento.

Ø Verifica dei preventivi – Costi di riparazione stimati

Ø Verifica dell’adempimento delle condizioni contrattuali

· Elaborare gli accordi corrispondenti (secondo le ripartizioni per livello)

· Controllo e codifica delle fatture corrispondenti.

· Realizzazione di controlli di fatturazione e di prassi dei nostri principali soci.

· Valutare e gestire l’e-mail, la posta e le fatture.

· Essere un rinforzo per gli altri dipartimenti e l’attività del servizio

COME NOSTRO NUOVO OPERATORE AMMINISTRATIVO FLUENTE IN ITALIANO – TEAM EWM, RICHIEDIAMO:

· Conoscenze in ambito automobilistico;

· Esperienza minima di due anni in un call center, preferibilmente nel settore automobilistico e assicurativo (preferibile);

· Capacità di analizzare e contestare i preventivi dei lavori di riparazione e manutenzione (costi, tempistiche, etc…);

· Capacità di fornire spiegazioni chiare sulla decisione di reclamo al riparatore e al cliente;

· Lingue: Eccellente livello di Italiano, buon livello di Inglese e/o Portoghese. Altre competenze linguistiche saranno un plus;

· Dominio di strumenti informatici (Microsoft Office);

· Interessato/a, Organizzato/a, Dedicato/a;

· Pronto ad aiutare il cliente focalizzando la sua attenzione con rigore e capacità di comunicazione;

Responsible for managing team’s work

Main Functions:

The ITT Manager role and responsibilities include the following:

Proven experience in managing Business Units in similar Group Entities will be a plus;

This Team based in Porto city was created to extend the operation of our Client, ICARE, to the European market. ICARE is leader in the French market for warranty in the automobile field and aims to project this experience to the European market through our platform.

Today German and Italian are our main markets but We have already started the operation in Spain, Portugal and Check Republic and We intend to open England, Sweden and more, until 2025.

Our main activities are managing dealer warranty, extended warranty and maintenance contracts by handling authorization requests or contract management request for multiple products depending on the country and partner, all from the same platform and location.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN EWM TEAM

Management of vehicle repair requests in accordance with the contractual coverage

COME NOSTRO NUOVO OPERATORE AMMINISTRATIVO E/O NUOVO MECCANICO FLUENTE IN ITALIANO – TEAM EWM, RICHIEDIAMO:

· Conoscenze in ambito automobilistico;

· Esperienza minima di due anni in un call center, preferibilmente nel settore automobilistico e assicurativo (preferibile);

· Capacità di analizzare e contestare i preventivi dei lavori di riparazione e manutenzione (costi, tempistiche, etc…);

· Capacità di fornire spiegazioni chiare sulla decisione di reclamo al riparatore e al cliente;

· Lingue: Eccellente livello di Italiano, buon livello di Inglese e/o Portoghese. Altre competenze linguistiche saranno un plus;

· Dominio di strumenti informatici (Microsoft Office);

· Interessato/a, Organizzato/a, Dedicato/a;

· Pronto ad aiutare il cliente focalizzando la sua attenzione con rigore e capacità di comunicazione;

BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC “FAR DATA” TEAM

The “Données FAR” (stands for Finance, Actuary, and Risk Data) Department is in charge of providing data to 3 main departments of the company: Finance, Actuary and Risk. This part of the team is responsible for collecting, checking, and providing data from our business to our internal clients (Finance, Actuary, etc…) using automated tools.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE “FAR DATA” TEAM

You will participate in maintenance and development of a key Python-based tool. This tool extracts data from our accounts-management representative reporting, then transforms data to fit our format and needs, checks it, and then stores it in our database.

Ensure maintenance of the Python-based asset and guarantee that every reporting from out accounts-management representative can be loaded
Participate in the development of new features for the tool
Participate in the development of new templates in the tool to extract data from new business or new accounts-management representative
Participate in the development of new reporting in Microsoft PowerBI based on data from the Python tool
Be the force of proposal in the optimization of the Python tool and technical framework.

AS OUR NEW PYTHON DEVELOPER, YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data Analysis, Python Development or any other related areas
Professional background about 2/5 years in data analysis for finance/accounting functions or as a Python Developer
Python Full Stack Development, using libraries such as Pandas and TKinter, is mandatory
Experience in SQL Query would be appreciated
Experience in DataViz using Microsoft Power BI would be a huge plus
Experience in web form linked to Python script would be a great bonus
Knowledge in AI and Machine learning on use cases such as fraud detection would be also be a great bonus
