Become our new Cybersecurity Project Manager – All genders – based in Lisbon or Porto

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will be working closely with multiple teams (Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, Development teams, …) to oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN COE IT TRANSVERSAL TEAM

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical resources during all project phases, from initial development through implementation. 
• Manage projects with top-down oversight to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. 
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. 
• Perform risk management on your project(s) to identify risks, raise awareness to stakeholders and come up with a mitigation plan. 
   

READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in professional cybersecurity engineering.
• Experience as a project manager.
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
• Solid technical background, with good understanding or hands-on experience in cybersecurity domains (IAM, Network security…). 
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork .
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods. 
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (B2 Intermediate French – mandatory). 
• B2 Intermediate English or Portuguese – good plus. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomous, proactivity and resilience.
