Notre équipe est composée de 13 Chargés de Gestion de contrat, 1 Relais Fonctionnel, 1 Responsable d’équipe et 1 Manager.

Nous opérons à Lisbonne depuis le mois de Juin 2022.

Nous sommes en charge de la gestion de contrats d’Assurance Vie et Retraite, de nos partenaires de BNP Paribas Cardif, travaillant au sein de la BU «AEP» (Assurance Épargne Pension).

Notre objectif est d’assurer une gestion opérationnelle optimale, dans l’application et le respect des procédures et des règles en place, notamment en appliquant un contrôle de premier niveau, en visant toujours la satisfaction de nos partenaires et de nos clients dans un esprit d’amélioration continue.

Votre future mission au sein de l’équipe AEP

  • Contribuer à la déclinaison au sein de son équipe de la stratégie globale définie par sa direction

  • Garantir la gestion des ressources humaines en lien avec la DRH

The Risk Management Team ensures a 360º degree approach to managing the risks affecting Cardif Support, in line with the Group/Corporate framework and policies.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE RISK MANAGEMENT TEAM

Global Security framework / Tranversal activities 

• Promote the identification of risks in the scope of Global Security and ensure the follow up and development of any preventive / corrective action; 

• Participate in the creation and development of the normative documents and guidelines related with its areas of responsibility, and control their enforcement; 

• Ensure the development and implementation of an adequate training and awareness plan for the staff; 

• Develop and contribute to supporting the development of an advanced security and risk culture; 

• Develop the existing reporting framework and contribute to the organisational committees related to its perimeter of intervention.

Specific to Business Continuity & Crisis Management 

• Assumes the role of Alternate Business Continuity Officer and Alternate Crisis Officer. 

• Advice, support and contribute to the implementation of the business continuity framework in Cardif Support; 

• Contribute to the set-up and maintenance of a business continuity strategy based on the activities’ impact assessment; 

• Contribute to the performance of the necessary formalization, follow-up and reporting of the business continuity framework according to Group requirements; 

• Contribute to regularly testing the strategies and performing the relevant continuity exercises.

Specific to Physical Security 

• Ensure the physical security framework is aligned with the guidelines and existing risks; 

• Advice, support and challenge the implementation of the people & premises security requirements

AS OUR NEW OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE OFFICER, YOU MUST HAVE: 

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Audit or in any other related fields
  • Previous working experience in a position related to Internal Control and Risk Management;
  • Fluency in English  – Portuguese is appreciated;
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience;

  • Ensure that the IFRS consolidation package is delivered within the fixed delays and in accordance with the applicable regulation and standards;

  •  Guarantee the reliability of the reporting processes;

  • Reinforce the production of the various exhibits and financial appendices within the Group;

  • Guarantee a regular reporting on your activities to your team and Manager (IFC);

  • Contribute to the correct execution and the proper solving of complex reporting issues (incoming entities, mergers, and acquisitions, activities ceded…) during the quarterly reporting.

AS OUR NEW INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL REPORTING CONTROLLER, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Knowledge of IFRS Standards, ideally for insurance, experience in the banking industry is a plus;

You will join the GIE Accounting team, a dynamic team of 7 people who are part of Management Control and Accounting department at Head Office. Comprising Management Control and Accounting processes, this department is dedicated to end-to-end monitoring of overheads, from booking invoices to analyzing results in compliance with various insurance norms. 

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE ACCOUNTING TEAM

As a GIE accountant, you will be responsible for the all-accounting entries and the company´s fixed assets. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

•    Fixed Asset Management

•    Inventory Entries 

•    Customer invoicing tracking

•    Supplier invoicing tracking

•    Processing of general payments and taxes

•    Bank Reconciliations 

•    Responding to various requests (internal – colleagues / external – suppliers, auditors, tax administrations)

•    Analysis and justification of accounts, being able to explain variations

To carry out these missions, you will work in very close collaboration with Cardif employees and other departments: Cost Controlling, Accounting, Finance and Internal Control.

AS OUR NEW ACCOUNTANT, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Degree in accounting / finance / audit
  • 3-5 years in a similar position
  • Fluent in French (B2/C1 level is mandatory)
  • Good accounting knowledge – insurance industry knowledge is a plus 
  • Proficient with MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint

BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC OPERATIONAL PERMANENT CONTROL (OPC) TEAM 

You will join the Operational Permanent Controller – France (OPC France) team who is in charge of supporting production teams in executing and formalizing first line of defense controls, especially the riskiest parts of processes, to certify and secure Data & Accounting operating tasks.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE OPC TEAM

As OPC – France, you will have several missions whose main objective is to guarantee that the set of controls deployed by Data & Accounting teams are compliant and in line with expectations of Finance Control teams (second line of defense). A good relationship with all stakeholders is key and necessary to avoid, anticipate and/or explain potential operational risks.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure that the French and IFRS France controls are produced and delivered in due time to Cardif Management and to Finance Control teams as well as in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards:  
  • Prepare and produce the quarterly synthesis of controls performed by Data & Accounting teams in France;
  • Guarantee the strict respect of the reporting deadlines.
  • Carry out analysis´ reviews to better understand and closely monitor the control process put in place in France. 
  • Assist and provide training sessions for the stakeholders involved;
  • Adapt the set of controls following norms, guidelines or process/business evolutions.
  • Ensure the go between with production and Finance Control teams.
  • Guarantee a continuous reporting and communication on your tasks and activities to your manager and team.

  • Bachelor´s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or any other related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Risk, Internal Control, Audit or Compliance, preferably in the Insurance sector;
  • Understanding of internal control frameworks, audit techniques and operational compliance applicable to your scope
  • Fluency in English (B2 level minimum). Fluency in French would be a big advantage

Wir suchen einen Servicetechniker mit einem ausgezeichnetem Niveau in Deutsch und Englisch.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Gewährleistung ordnungsgemäßer Registrierungsaufzeichnungen in den Informationssystemen
  • Verwaltung der Reparatur von Kfz-Ansprüchen nach Vertragsabdeckung
  • Prüfung der Zulässigkeit von Anträgen
  • Telefonischer und schriftlischer Kontakt mit verschiedenen Abteilungen wenn nötig
  • Befolgen der Compliance-Regeln
  • Analysieren Sie Aufzeichnungen und prüfen Sie die Versicherbarkeit und das finanzielle Risiko anhand von 
    ihrem Wissen, um die Entscheidung in Übereinstimmung mit  die Verfahren und die Regeln der Übertragung

Erforderliche Ausbildung: (Fachkenntnisse):

Die Position steht allen Abschlüssen in einem der folgenden Fächer offen: Automobil, Maschinenbau oder gleichwertig, Kfz- oder Diagnosetechniker

Der Einstieg ohne Abschluss oder Gründungsabschluss ist für diejenigen möglich, die eine relevante Fähigkeiten und Berufserfahrung in der Kfz-Werkstatt vorweisen

Für Kfz-Mechanikern (Abschluss und / oder Aftersales-Training sind obligatorisch)

oder 

Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in einer Auto- oder LKW-Reparatur Werskstatt

– Softwarekenntnisse (Microsoft Office)

– Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

– Gute Kenntnisse in anderen europäischen Sprachen werden geschätzt

We are currently looking for a FINANCIAL REPORTING ACCOUNTANT based in PORTO

BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CONTROL TEAM  

International Financial Control from which the candidate will be an active contributor and full member, is in charge of the production of the financial statements, but not only,  with a permanent care for transversality with the other departments or Services of the Accounting Division (e.g. France Accounting, Consolidation) or the other Finance Divisions of BNP PARIBAS CARDIF Group.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CONTROL TEAM

  • Ensure that the IFRS consolidation package is delivered within the fixed delays and in accordance with the applicable regulation and standards; 
  • Guarantee the reliability of the reporting processes;
  • Reinforce the production of the various exhibits and financial appendices within the Group;
  • Guarantee a regular reporting on your activities to your team and Manager (IFC);
  • Contribute to the correct execution and the proper solving of complex reporting issues (incoming entities, mergers and acquisitions, activities ceded…) during the quarterly reporting.

AS OUR NEW FINANCIAL REPORTING ACCOUNTANT, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Knowledge of IFRS Standards
  • 3+ years in a financial accounting team, management controlling team or an accounting audit firm (Big 4) with the willingness to continue growing in that accounting and consolidation field;
  • English (intermediate to fluent), French is an asset; Adaptability and ability to collaborate;
  • Motivated by new challenges, strive to be consistently learning and improving, efficiency and automatization’s oriented.
