We are currently looking for an Operational Permanent Controller (All Genders) based in Porto

BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC OPERATIONAL PERMANENT CONTROL (OPC) TEAM 

You will join the Operational Permanent Controller – France (OPC France) team who is in charge of supporting production teams in executing and formalizing first line of defense controls, especially the riskiest parts of processes, to certify and secure Data & Accounting operating tasks.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE OPC TEAM

As OPC – France, you will have several missions whose main objective is to guarantee that the set of controls deployed by Data & Accounting teams are compliant and in line with expectations of Finance Control teams (second line of defense). A good relationship with all stakeholders is key and necessary to avoid, anticipate and/or explain potential operational risks.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure that the French and IFRS France controls are produced and delivered in due time to Cardif Management and to Finance Control teams as well as in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards:  
  • Prepare and produce the quarterly synthesis of controls performed by Data & Accounting teams in France;
  • Guarantee the strict respect of the reporting deadlines.
  • Carry out analysis´ reviews to better understand and closely monitor the control process put in place in France. 
  • Assist and provide training sessions for the stakeholders involved;
  • Adapt the set of controls following norms, guidelines or process/business evolutions.
  • Ensure the go between with production and Finance Control teams.
  • Guarantee a continuous reporting and communication on your tasks and activities to your manager and team.

AS OUR NEW OPERATIONAL PERMANENT CONTROLLER YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or any other related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Risk, Internal Control, Audit or Compliance, preferably in the Insurance sector;
  • Understanding of internal control frameworks, audit techniques and operational compliance applicable to your scope
  • Fluency in French and English (B2 level minimum).

LA TUA FUTURA MISSIONE ALL’INTERNO DEL TEAM EWM COME OPERATORE AMMINISTRATIVO E/O MECCANICO FLUENTE IN ITALIANO:

Integrato in un call center con una dimensione umana, tra le sue funzioni, dovrai:

·       Informare/ dare istruzioni via telefono ai clienti beneficiari e ai distributori/ tecnici professionisti in caso di danni: passi da seguire, follow up sui file.

·       Analizzare le richieste di assistenza agli interventi delle officine (via telefono o via extranet) che includono:

ØVerifica della copertura del contratto.

ØVerifica di rilievo ed intervento.

ØVerifica dei preventivi – Costi di riparazione stimati

ØVerifica dell’adempimento delle condizioni contrattuali

·       Elaborare gli accordi corrispondenti (secondo le ripartizioni per livello)

·       Controllo e codifica delle fatture corrispondenti.

·       Realizzazione di controlli di fatturazione e di prassi dei nostri principali soci.

·       Valutare e gestire l’e-mail, la posta e le fatture.

·       Essere un rinforzo per gli altri dipartimenti e l’attività del servizio

COME NOSTRO NUOVO OPERATORE AMMINISTRATIVO E/O NUOVO MECCANICO FLUENTE IN ITALIANO – TEAM EWM, RICHIEDIAMO:

·       Conoscenze in ambito automobilistico;

·       Esperienza minima di due anni in un call center, preferibilmente nel settore automobilistico e assicurativo (preferibile);

·       Capacità di analizzare e contestare i preventivi dei lavori di riparazione e manutenzione (costi, tempistiche, etc…);

·       Capacità di fornire spiegazioni chiare sulla decisione di reclamo al riparatore e al cliente;

·       Lingue: Eccellente livello di Italiano, buon livello di Inglese e/o Portoghese. Altre competenze linguistiche saranno un plus;

·       Dominio di strumenti informatici (Microsoft Office);

·       Interessato/a, Organizzato/a, Dedicato/a;

L’Italian Alerts Analyst si occupa di analizzare gli alerts ed i profili di rischio dei clienti per conto di Cardif Italy, per quanto riguarda i contratti assicurativi nell’ambito del Team. 

Dovrai assicurare che tutte le attività e richieste vengano gestite nel rispetto del quadro normativo di riferimento, delle tempistiche e delle procedure fornite. Sarai inserito all’interno del team e operarai in stretta collaborazione con la casa madre e le sue affiliate, coltivando relazioni solide fondate sulla reciproca fiducia.

LA TUA FUTURA MISSIONE ALL’INTERNO DEL TEAM COME ALERTS ANALYST:

·       Garantire un’accurata analisi degli alerts e relativi hits, adottando e rispettando le procedure aziendali e tutte le fasi di analisi richieste.

·       Effettuare l’analisi degli alerts (Sanctions/PEP), generati dalla piattaforma SUN, rispettando le priorità, processi e linee guida forniti dal team leader.

·       Eseguire tutte le verifiche e le ricerche necessarie con lo scopo di classificare ogni hit e alert sotto la sua responsabilità. Tutte le decisioni relative agli alerts saranno documentate rispettando un formato predefinito.

·       Assicurare sempre il più alto livello di servizio e qualità in ogni fase della lavorazione Analizzare le richieste di assistenza agli interventi delle officine (via telefono o via extranet) che includono:

We are currently looking for a Financial Data Administrator (All genders) based in Porto

BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM 

The Financial Data Administrator manages and controls the quality of reference data on financial assets (security and third-party characteristics, valuations, index series, interest rates and fixed assets, etc.).

This data is disseminated in the consumer information system through various cross-functional processes of the company (investment process, general funds and Unit Links, asset and liability valuations, regulatory or client financial reporting, etc.).

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Financial Data Administrator is responsible for the quality of the data in the corporate reference framework for asset data, and in particular:

  • Ensuring the proper management of the creation of workflows/third parties/portfolios in the repository, while respecting the requests of internal clients;
  • Ensure that data is collected from financial information providers and is within the scope entrusted to them;
  • Contribute to making data available to customer applications or processes within the agreed deadlines and quality;
  • Contribute to the production of the reports needed to manage the business and the quality of the data;
  • Participate in performing data quality and integrity controls, according to the control plan defined with management;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and integrity processes within the scope entrusted in relation to management, customers or any other stakeholder in the system;

AS OUR NEW FINANCIAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Knowledge or experience in data management (ideally financial/asset data)
  • Experience with data quality control would be beneficial
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Market Data provider management (Bloomberg, Reuters, Morning Star) would be a big plus
  • Fluent in English (additional fluency in French would be a big plus)
  • Previous knowledge or experience in the asset management/financial markets industry would be beneficial

VOTRE FUTURE MISSION AU SEIN DE L’ÉQUIPE MIDDLE OFFICE ACTIFS

En rejoignant notre équipe Middle Office Actifs, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Etre responsable de la qualité des données du référentiel d’entreprise des données d’actifs, et plus particulièrement :
    • Garantir la correcte gestion des workflows de création des titres/tiers/portefeuilles dans le référentiel, dans le respect des demandes des clients internes ;
    • Garantir la collecte des données auprès de fournisseurs d’informations financières, et s’assurer de leur exhaustivité par rapport au périmètre confié ;
    • Contribuer à la complétion des données, dans le respect des nomenclatures et règles de gestion implémentées dans le référentiel ;
    • Contribuer à la mise à disposition des données auprès des applications ou processus clients dans les délais et la qualité convenus ;
    • Contribuer à la réalisation de reportings d’activités nécessaires au pilotage de l’activité et de la qualité des données
  • Contribuer à la remédiation et la correction des processus de qualité et d’intégrité des données :
    • Participer à la réalisation de contrôles sur la qualité et l’intégrité des données, conformément au plan de contrôle défini avec le management ;

WERDEN SIE TEIL UNSERES WARRANTY MANAGEMENT  INTERNATIONAL TEAMS

Dieses Team, mit Sitz in Porto wurde gegründet, um die Tätigkeit unseres Kunden ICARE auf dem europäischen Markt auszudehnen. ICARE ist Führer auf dem französischen Markt für Garantien im Automobilbereich und möchte diese Erfahrung über unsere Plattform auf den europäischen Markt projizieren. Heute sind Deutsch und Italienisch unsere Hauptmärkte, aber wir haben bereits den Betrieb in Spanien, Portugal und Tschechien aufgenommen und beabsichtigen derzeit, England, Schweden … da wir in anderen Märkten bis Ende 2025 eröffnen wollen. Unsere Hauptaktivitäten, sind die Verwaltung von Händlergarantie-, Garantieverlängerungs- und Wartungsverträgen durch die Bearbeitung von Autorisierungsanfragen oder Vertragsmanagementanfragen für mehrere Produkte, je nach Land und Partner, alles von derselben Plattform und demselben Standort aus.

IHRE ZUKÜNFTIGE MISSION IM WARRANTY MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL TEAM

Der ideale Bewerber muss eine solide Berufserfahrung im Back Office mitbringen, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Automobilbereich.

Sowie:

·         Verwaltung der Kfz-Reparaturanträge gemäß der vertraglichen Deckung

·         Prüfung der Zulässigkeit der Anträge

·         Kontakt per Telefon und/oder zu allen Abteilungen erforderlich

·      Analyse der Anträge und Prüfung der Versicherbarkeit und des finanziellen Risikos zur Unterstützung der     Entscheidungsfindung gemäß den Verfahren und Delegierungsregeln

·         Mitteilung der Entscheidungen an Kunden und/oder Geschäftspartner

·         Sicherstellung der administrativen Verwaltung aller vorbereiteten Abläufe

·         Erstellung der Verfahren und ihrer laufenden Aktualisierungen

·         Gewährleistung der Rückmeldungen an die Vorgesetzten und Warnungen, wenn nötig

        Beitrag zum reibungslosen Funktionieren des Teams, insbesondere zum Wissensaustausch und zur   Pflegeguter Arbeitsbeziehungen zwischen den Teams, Kunden und Lieferanten

·         Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Geheimhaltungspflichten und der Vertraulichkeit in Bezug auf alle Daten

ALS UNSER NEUE(R) SACHBEARBEITER/IN MÜSSEN SIE FOLGENDES MITBRINGEN:

·        Ausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss in:  Betriebswirtschaftslehre/Business Management; Versicherungs- oder Bankwesen; Öffentliche Verwaltung

·        Automobil Kenntnisse sind ein Plus

·        Kenntnisse der IT-Tools und Anwendungen, die vom Team gemäß den Stellenanforderungen verwendet werden

·        Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schriftsatz

·        Kontinuierliches Streben nach Kundenzufriedenheit

·        Streben nach sehr hoher Ergebnisqualität

·        Deutsch fließend
